Birthday Bash Registration & Release Form
A Cheer Dynasty Birthday Bash is a perfect way to celebrate a special day! Our staff leads the fun for all of the children in our 7,000 square foot facility! Our parties are for aged 1-12 years old.
CHEER DYNASTY PROVIDES:
- Games - at lease one hour of age-appropriate games lead by our trained Cheer Dynasty instructors. Games include: obstacle courses, relay races, Simon-Says and supervised use of our 18-foot trampoline.
- Music - turn up our party music in the gym, or even bring yor own!
- Party Room - a celebration room with refrigerator, microwave, tables and chairs.
- Utensils - all of the paper plates, cups and utensils needed for your party.
- Beverages - juice or soda.
- Cleanup - full cleanup of the gymnasium and party room
YOU PROVIDE:
- Birthday Cake & Ice Cream
- Goody Bags or other party favors
- Setup of party room
